Oktoberfest 2007: Gingerbread heart 2.0
Lighting up the Oktoberfest with gingerbread hearts
Visitors to this year's Oktoberfest, the largest public fair in the world, are in for a brilliant surprise. There they will find gingerbread hearts with a small DOT-it LED light to brighten up their day. A gentle press is all that's needed to switch the DOT-it on.
For all visitors to the Oktoberfest who want to increase their flirt factor and finally pluck up the courage to say "I love you" there's no longer any excuse. The "light-hearted" gingerbread says more than words ever can. "Press me" is the message this year. The mini light, which made its reputation as a reliable and useful light for cupboards, drawers, shelving and any other dark corner of the house, has found a new use - warming hearts. The shining gingerbread heart is the new must-have accessory of the younger generation.
100 hours of flirting guaranteed
If you're planning a marathon session at the Oktoberfest you'll be pleased to hear that the DOT-it, which is available in a pink red or silver colored aluminum case, will provide around 100 hours of constant light. That's four days and nights without a break. And if that's not enough, just replace the batteries and away you go again. The DOT-it gingerbread heart is therefore the ideal companion for Oktoberfest fun. The hearts are available in souvenir shops in and around the beer tents.
