Optical tuning and greater safety thanks to even more light - that’s what Osram’s Silverstar series of headlight lamps has to offer.
These halogen headlight lamps distribute the light much better in front of the vehicle in the 50 to 75 meter range that is crucial to safety. Depending on the type of headlight, they project up to 50 percent more light on the road ahead.
For drivers, this means that the beam of light is extended by up to 20 meters - a significant benefit in terms of road safety as it gives drivers more time in which to react.
Design-conscious car owners particularly like the look of these high-performance lamps. With their characteristic silver caps they give cars an impressive "face-lift". The Silverstar generation is perfectly suited to modern clear-glass headlights. Thanks to high-quality materials and sophisticated production processes the attractive silver-coloured cap retains its shine throughout its life.
