New Osram Dulux L series:
Reliable light, inside and out
The new Osram Dulux L Constant series of lamps provides pleasant and above all economical light for indoor and outdoor applications. It has now been further developed to operate reliably in high and low temperatures.
The new Osram Dulux L Constant produces 90 percent of its luminous flux at ambient temperatures between -5°C and +70°C in the luminaire. It can therefore be used for all indoor and outdoor lighting applications, in enclosed industrial luminaires and in narrow luminaires with high ambient temperatures. Amalgam technology makes this possible.
The new Osram Dulux L lamps in T5 single-tube design are equipped with tried and trusted 2G11 bases. The electrical parameters are also unchanged from the corresponding predecessor products. The lamps can therefore be used as quick and easy replacements in existing luminaires. Osram Dulux L Constant will be available Lumilux Warm White (830) and Lumilux Cool White (840). The colour rendering index corresponds to Group 1B (Ra >80). With luminous fluxes of 3500 lm (40W), 4800 lm (55W) and 6000 lm (80W), the lamps offer excellent light for offices, shopping centers, exhibition areas and warehouses. They are suitable for rooms with high ceilings and for use in street lighting and pedestrian precinct lighting.
The system unit with Osram Quicktronic electronic control gear produces light with a high level of comfort and ensures a long lamp life of up to 20,000 hours. The new Osram Dulux L Constant lamps will be available from January 2005.
