Osram extends its Powerball range:
Compact power pack
With a luminous flux of 25,000 lumen and a length of only 175 mm, the new Powerball Mini HCI-TM 250 W/830 WDL is a really compact power pack. It is particularly suitable for light guide systems, reflector spotlight systems and all applications in which large amounts of light have to be focused.
With its luminous efficacy of 100 lumen per watt, the Powerball Mini HCI-TM offer concentrated light. The 250 W lamp is extremely compact, measuring just 175 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter. Its light centre length is 90 mm. It is particularly suitable for light guide systems, reflector spotlight systems and all applications in which large amounts of light have to be focused. The necessary precision in positioning the lamp is provided by the G22 plug-in base.
The warm white light (830 WDL) has a colour temperature of 3000 K, and the colour rendering is Ra 89. Like all the lamps in the Powerball range, this newcomer has a rounded ceramic discharge vessel for optimum colour constancy, rapid start-up and uniformly high luminous flux throughout its entire life.
