Osram metal halide lamp for shops:
New dimension in lighting quality
The new lamp is available in Warmwhite De Luxe (930 WDL) and offers a colour temperature of 3000 K. Its colour rendering of Ra > 90 places it in group 1A. A special feature of this lamp is its high red rendering of Ra > 60, making it the first metal halide lamp to achieve this figure.
The 70 W Powerball Shoplight has a luminous flux of 5700 lumen and therefore a luminous efficacy of more than 80 lumen per watt. Its luminous intensity and colour stability remain constant throughout its entire life of 12,000 hours. Thanks to the rounded ceramic discharge vessel in the lamp.
Operating Powerball HCI lamps with Powertronic PTU electronic control gear from Osram leads to significant increases in system reliability, comfort and economy.
The lamp is offered in two versions with different dimensions and bases. Powerball Shoplight HCI-TC 70/930 WDL is 81 mm long, has a diameter of 15 mm and a G8,5 base. The HCI-T 70/930 WDL is just a little larger with a length of 100 mm and a diameter of 19 mm. It is equipped with a G12 base.
