Halolux Classic from Osram:
Modern light for lovers of the classics
Halogen light made easy. All you have to do now to bring brilliant light to dark rooms is to replace your ordinary light bulbs. For the first time, halogen light is available in the familiar shape of the classic light bulb. The new lamp from Osram goes by the name of Halolux Classic.
Hotel rooms and restaurants, offices and shops can now be quickly and easily upgraded to modern halogen light. Halolux lamps are a direct replacement for ordinary light bulbs. They are identical in shape, size and base, so it really couldn’t be simpler. They will therefore fit in all luminaires that were originally equipped with ordinary light bulbs and that were designed to take lamps of this size.
In terms of the quality of light and lamp life, the new halogen lamp is far superior to the good old light bulb. Luminous efficacy is about 20 percent higher. And the lamp will last about twice as long.
The benefits of halogen light are fully exploited in the Halolux lamp. These include high-quality light, excellent colour rendering properties and integrated UV protection. What’s more, the light colour remains constant throughout the life of the lamp. And like all halogen lamps, the Halolux Classic can be dimmed.
